Users further acknowledge and agree that the warranty disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth in the agreement reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between users and My Life is Sport, and that the warranty disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth in the agreement form an essential basis of the contract between the users and My Life is Sport.
