Ultra marathon training plan (24 weeks)
This training program has been designed by a REPS certified personal trainer who has an extensive background in ultra marathons.
All of our training programs are delivered via the website straight into your training calendar.
Whatever the event or the distance you will get:
- fully structured and effective sessions in all chosen disciplines
- progressive overload and recovery periods to develop fitness, strength and speed
- email support from a coach at My Life is Sport (limited to bi weekly contact to track progress and reassess plan)
- a discipline or event – specific training program
- a well-planned taper
- reassurance that you are doing the right training at the right time
- a comprehensive online training diary to track your progress
- My Life is Sport coaches available for last minute advice and reassurance over race period (only if purchased as part of travel package)
All of this for just over £4 a week - less than quarter the cost of a personal training session in the gym with an average trainer who may have zero running expertise!
